Hours Per Week As a veteran caregiver with Home Health Care, Inc.
you will be providing in-home care to our Veteran clients.
This role offers caregivers autonomy, consistency, and the opportunity for fulfilling relationships.
Each day, you will typically visit a few clients, providing assistance in their home for 2-3 hours.
Visits are completed between the hours of 7am-7pm throughout the week.

Responsibilities:
Provide one on one personal care, companionship, and homemaking services such as meal planning and light housekeepingPerform services authorized on the Care Plan, such as transferring, bathing, and range of motion (ROM) exercisesBuild relationships with clients through consistent caregivingCertified Nursing Assistant / CNA
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of ageCurrent Nursing Assistant Certification / CNA in MinnesotaValid documentation to work in the United StatesValid Driver's License and reliable vehicle Applicable MOC Codes:
Military Occupational Classification Codes that relate to this role may include:
